Tesla to launch new self-driving software update in Canada

Tesla has recently announced that it would launch its full self-driving software in Canada.

Indeed, Elon Musk declared that the update would happen soon for drivers in Canada following its release in the U.S. The full self-driving software Beta was developed to enable some of Tesla’s electric vehicles to change lanes automatically and enter and exit highways on their own. It should also be able to recognize stop signs and traffic lights.

Yet, this software doesn’t mean that the cars are fully autonomous. For the software to be available in Canada, there were testing and code tweaks needed first.

However, the FSD software faced a number of issues and backlashes and so, experienced many delays.
