A recent study by Nintex found out that automating the workflow would help employees be more effective and productive.
Indeed, the research showed that although working from home had helped workers be more productive, there are still many challenges to it such as overwork and unclear job instructions. Thus, 39% of respondents declared that access to better automation software solutions would be a significant help.
Moreover, 55% of Gen Z respondents also reported that software to easily automate work would allow them to be more efficient. As Gen Z is expected to make up for 40% of the workforce by 2030, it is important to take their opinion into consideration.
Therefore, the study showed that implementing digital work process solutions and automated software is the way to lead successfully this new era of remote and hybrid work environments.
