Canadian company achieves Microsoft PowerApps certification

Canadian company, PowerObjects, has achieved Microsoft PowerApps certification – becoming the first Microsoft Business Applications partner in Canada to do so.

PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company, delivering Microsoft Business Applications solutions and the Dynamics 365 workloads, has announced it’s the first firm in Canada to be recognized by Microsoft for achievement in PowerApps development – by distinguishing itself within Microsoft’s partner ecosystem.

In order to achieve this, partners must prove their level of technology expertise and demonstrate they have successfully completed customer projects using Microsoft PowerApps.

PowerObjects has worked with numerous customers to help build applications using PowerApps to improve overall business productivity and optimization. In addition, PowerObjects leads numerous App-in-a-Day Workshops for Microsoft, centered on using PowerApps, Flow, and the Power Platform.

Desmond Nair, business group lead at Microsoft Canada, said: “To achieve a PowerApps certification, a partner must demonstrate the highest, most consistent capability and commitment to Microsoft’s Business Applications technology. It requires a deep expertise that puts them in the top of our partner ecosystem. We recognize the confidence this will build with customers towards achieving their digital transformation aspirations.”

Venkat Rao, power platform capabilities manager at PowerObjects, said: “Being recognized by Microsoft as the first Business Applications partner in Canada for delivering PowerApps is really exciting because it showcases our expertise in, and commitment to, today’s technology market and demonstrates our deep knowledge of Microsoft’s Business Applications.

“We will continue to accelerate the success of our customers by serving as technology advisors for their business demands and remaining committed to finding unique technology solutions to every business challenge.”
