Consumer tech enterprise Servify to open new office in Whitby

Consumer technology enterprise, Servify, is to open a new office in Whitby, ON.

The India headquartered Servify – who deliver ‘consumer happiness’ across the post-sales lifecycle for products that touch daily lives – has selected Whitby to be the location of its Canadian office, in a collaborative effort between Toronto Global, The Regional Municipality of Durham’s Economic Development and Tourism Division, the Town of Whitby and tech-innovation accelerator, 1855 Whitby.

We welcome the opportunity to showcase the many elements – from our infrastructure readiness and strong talent pool, to our innovative ecosystems – that continue to make Durham a smart choice for investors.”

Mayor of Whitby, Don Mitchell, said: “We are excited to have Servify choose Whitby to grow their business. The investment by the Town into 1855 demonstrates our commitment to grow innovation and technology in our downtown. Factors that influenced Servify’s choice to establish a regional office in Whitby included Durham Region’s integrated transportation network, quality of life and large tech workforce, which is fuelled by Durham College and Ontario Tech University.
