Diversity advocate is helping organizations to include more women in their workforce

Tech leader Gavriella Schuster is helping companies to become more diverse and inclusive by advocating for more women in the IT sector.

Indeed, Schuster, who spent 26 years at Microsoft in various areas such as enterprise services, licensing, training, cloud, and enterprise, is trying to guide businesses in having diversity in both their workforce and products. She has experienced the challenges first-hand of being the only woman in the room and so, it is vital to make the IT industry more attractive for them,

Hence, her strategy to give more opportunities to women and improve the organization’s products and services focuses on creating strong male allyship with frameworks for companies to follow. This should help tech leaders to connect with women, mentor them, and empower them.

To ensure this, Schuster is part of the advisory boards of many tech organizations.
