Endace hopes to expand EMEA security through partnership

Endace, a specialist in high-speed network recording and network history playback, today announced its partnership with StarLink, in hope to expand EMEA security and IT markets.

The partnership is in a bid to see Endace’s technology distributed by StarLink help businesses mitigate risks from cyber attacks and better manage the security of critical network assets.

Stuart Wilson, CEO of Endace, said: “Network security is paramount in today’s connected world, especially given recent high-profile examples of costly hacks and breaches.

‘Organisations struggle with breaches’

“Network packet capture is essential to enable companies to quickly and accurately analyse security events. Partnering with StarLink, with its deep channel relationships in this market, will enable us to extend our reach and continue to accelerate our growth in EMEA.”

Niall McGrane, vice president of Europe at StarLink, added: “Full network visibility is certainly a hot topic, across network and security teams; we aim to use this to provide a complete solution to those looking for both security and performance.”

Wilson also noted interest in Endace network recording solutions has increased as organisations struggle with knowing how to handle breaches.
