Today, KPMG and Appian announced its partnership and expansion of strategic alliance to help realise the business value of artificial intelligence (AI).
Both firms will be focusing on AI-related applications powered by KPMG Lighthouse, as well as display the operational and application delivery of artificial innovations.
The partnership will witness a portfolio of AI services which will implement speed, features, and intelligent automation capabilities into Appian’s low-code platform.
Another focus will be on smarter decisions, faster actions, and smoother business operations in scenarios from frontline customer service to back-office risk management and regulatory compliance.
Together, both companies will also use voice analytics, big data, and chatbots into their applications to help organisations run an “essential” business process.
