Meta to be developing four new VR and MR headsets by 2024

Meta has been working on developing four new virtual reality (VR) and mixed reality (MR) headsets that will be released by 2024.

Indeed, the company is determined to advance the metaverse and the use of VR devices. Among its future releases, it is currently testing a high-end VR and mixed reality headset that could be used for work purposes. This project is likely to cost around $799 as it will feature high-resolution image quality to write and type emails within the VR environment.

Moreover, Meta CEO is also planning to launch a web version of Horizon in order to make it easier for people to get into metaverse experiences from various platforms. In the long-term, it wants to build out the metaverse economy and create a living within the metaverse.
