Suresh has got 15 years of experience in Software testing and Quality Assurance. He works as a Head of Testing and Quality Assuranceat NewDay cards Limited. Suresh has diverse experience of working in various roles across the testing spectrum (starting as a Test analyst 15 years back). He strives to mature Testing practice as a key enabler to drive business change benefits and is a strongly believer in Test Automation. Other areas of interest for Suresh are setting up of Testing center of Excellences, Testing as a service (TAAS), Robotic Process Automation and Enterprise level Test Strategy and Automation. He thinks Software Testing will need to evolve and continuously improve, aligning to the ongoing industry and technology trends. Suresh has worked in the past with various organisations like GE, First Data, Lloyds Banking Group and HBOS. He has published case studies on Quality assurance and testing strategyfor large migration programmes in Retail Banking and Consumer Credit markets.
