Winner announced for Young Digital Leader of the Year

CEO of yourfeed, Jack Parsons, was awarded Young Digital Leader of the Year winner at London’s St Pancras Renaissance Hotel for building an “impactful and strong brand” with his 2.7 million monthly organic impressions across social media sites.

The 23 year old started building his business with £20,000 in his bedroom two years ago, and has now built it to a market value of £8 million by sharing 2.7 million monthly organic impressions across young people in the UK.

“I am humbled and elated to have been recognised for this prestigious award. I’m on a mission to connect two million young people to opportunities by 2020. Through hard work and determination, I am supporting the new generation workforce in embracing their personal brand, realising their potential and showcasing their talent. Join us in up skilling Britain at yourfeed,” said Parsons.

An advisory board has been built around him, which includes COO Google, Bank of New York and Havas Media Group.

Maggie Philbin OBE, Digital Leaders Advisory Board Member added: “Huge congratulations to Jack for a very well deserved win. Everyone in that room thought very hard about the way talent, like Jack’s, so often gets completely missed. I’m very excited to see Jack’s journey so far and look forward to following all our young leader finalists future achievements.”

The winners were selected from a 50% public vote and 50% judges vote. The judging panel included Maggie Philbin from TeenTech, Accenture’s Emma McMuigan, Chris Yui from Uber and Jacqueline de Rojas from techUK.
