SKEMA business school to open an AI Institute

The SKEMA business school in France has recently launched the opening of an AI Institute, which will bring together many AI professors and experts in order to deploy the school’s AI strategy while drawing on the territories of its many campuses in France and abroad.

The Dean of the school declared that it had become vital to introduce AI into all of SKEMA’s academic programs, especially as it is one of the pillars of SKY25, called hybridization. With hybridization, SKEMA aims to become an ‘Avant-Garde’ school by proposing the hybridization of all of its programs and having AI at the service of the business world.

The institute will focus on 4 fields including AI Fundamentals; IA, Economics & Finance; IA, Marketing & Management; IA, Operations, Supply Chain & Information Systems. Besides, there will also be an AI specialization within the Global BBA program as well as the launch of a new specialized Master program for AI project managers in fall 2021.

Overall, more than 70% of SKEMA’s programs include AI and with the SKEMA AI Institute and its new program, the school is determined to become a specific entity called “SKEMA AI School for Business”.

SKEMA is working closely with UCA (University Côte d’Azur), and the Institut 3IA Côte d’Azur.
