Dublin-based firm CX Index expands with Canadian deals

The Dublin-based software company, CX Index, has expanded into the Canadian market, according to Independent.ie.

The company – which helps businesses capture and analyze feedback to improve customers experience – will provide its products to Holt Renfrew, a chain that is part of the Selfridges Group.

In addition, it has agreed on deals in Canada with ATB financial, an Alberta-based retail bank, and Loyalty One, a subsidiary of the NYSE-listed Alliance Data.

Financial details of the deal were not publicly disclosed.

“We are very pleased to announce our expansion into the Canadian market with the addition of three significant customers. This is just the beginning of the journey in the Canadian market for us,” said David Heneghan, co-founder, and CEO of CX Index, said.

He added that “valuable support” has been provided by Enterprise Ireland as the company looks to expand its operations internationally.

CX Index was first founded in 2012. The company recently secured contracts in Scandinavia and Spain and its clients in Ireland include Brown Thomas and Super Valu.
