Callsign integrates IDA tech with Couchbase

Callsign today announced its intelligence driven authentication (IDA) technology is combined with Couchbase’s data platform.

The combination is to “better help” protect privileged administrator access as part of Couchbase’s variety of security features.

Callsign has delivered its authentication capabilities to the Couchbase platform, for innovative enterprises to build web, mobile, and IoT applications.

Vas Ketavarapu, VP of business development at Callsign, said: “Robust authentication that can respond to constantly changing threat environments is increasingly paramount across many industries.

“Our Intelligence Driven Authentication technology adds additional layers of security protection for access to the Couchbase data platform, helping protect customers against database breaches that have unfortunately become far too common in recent times.”

‘Customer-centric data at high speed’

Couchbase Data Platform assists customer-facing applications and business critical data at scale and in real time.

Perry Krug, principal architect at Couchbase, added: “Security is extremely important for all data applications, especially when processing large volumes of customer-centric data at high speed and when engaging directly with the end user, which the Couchbase data platform does.

“We take great pride in making secure deployment as easy as possible for our customers, with security controls across the entire stack, including physical protection of the network infrastructure to Couchbase server and the deployed applications.”
