Charity announced for The European Software Testing Awards 2015

31 Media, organisers of The European Software Testing Awards, is really proud to have worked with some great charities to make a positive difference over the years.

“Supporting and donating to good causes, through our events, publications, and platforms is extremely important for us, as it creates increased awareness and exposure for the charitable efforts of many organisations,” says Grant Farrell, Managing Director at 31 Media.

Supporting Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH)

In 2013, the company supported Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) and raised an amazing £3000. This donation went towards the construction of a single bedroom with en-suite for the Surgery Centre, which offered more dignity and privacy for patients and their families, helping to make their stay as stress-free as possible.

“Due to our continued relationship with GOSH we are delighted to announce that as of 2015, GOSH will be 31 Media’s chosen charity.” Farrell adds.

Raising money and awareness at The European Software Testing Awards 2015

Now in its third year, The European Software Testing Awards celebrate companies and individuals who have accomplished significant achievements in the software testing and quality assurance market.

Finalists have now been announced for the 20 award categories, and winners will be revealed during a glittering gala dinner and ceremony on 18 November.

During the evening, representatives from GOSH will take the stage for a moment to spread awareness of the charity and their work.

There will also be a prize draw to raise money for GOSH. Tickets will cost £20 each, giving one lucky attendee a chance to win an exclusive prize.
