New software to help humans make connections in the workplace

A team of researchers have recently launched new software that helps humans make connections in the workplace.

Indeed, this ’empathy as a service’ software aims to help humans talk to other humans using real-time text edits as well as other types of behavioral suggestions. People are also able to edit and review the messages before sending them.

By doing so, the company behind the software hoped to bring more empathy into the workplace.

The software is then based on years of research on human interaction, with empathy revealing to be a unique approach to reaching users. This tool should be made widely available and will hopefully be brought into Slack, Gmail, etc.
