Porn flaw exposes SinVR users

The pornographic virtual-reality game SinVR leaked around 20,000 of its users personal data.

The loophole was discovered by Digital Interruption, as it managed to access the private usernames and email addresses of members of the porn app.

SinVR thanked the British cyber security firm for highlighting the issue and promised it would improve its security.

The tech site told Alphr: “Altogether, it has been a tremendous learning experience.

“Moving forward, we are confident in our ability to stop similar attacks and will keep using a professional security service to audit our system.”

Passwords and credit card details were not exposed.
