I am accountable for product ideation, process design and managing end to end delivery of new products or building new features to existing products. I am directly in charge of managing 8 products that serve multiple lines of business like Capital Markets, Wealth Mgmt, Personal & Commercial Banking, Insurance, Finance etc.. We make sure that as a bank we have done all the risk assessments for any initiative before it hits the market. I am also responsible for leading RBC Capital Market into building a one click end to end QA Automation solution.
