Currently, Sourav is leading the QA department for the Commercial Banking division and Quality Engineering, Automation & Agile shared services for the Commercial Banking, Payments, and Wealth Management Technology group in a major Canadian bank. His previous roles include leading large QA Centre of Excellence (CoE) for clients in Banking, Telecom, and Logistics sectors, focusing on QE transformation through Agile methodologies, BDD, Test Automation, and QE processes transformation.
