Tesco suffers computer glitch

Tesco’s home services have cancelled thousands of nationwide deliveries as a result of a computer glitch.

According to the BBC, 10% of customers orders have been cancelled.

Those affected have been asked to re-arrange their deliveries online and were offered a £10 voucher in compensation.

“We’re currently experiencing an IT issue which is affecting some grocery home shopping orders,” a Tesco spokesperson said. “We’re working hard to fix this problem and apologise to customers for any inconvenience this may cause.”

However, customers complained saying that “it was cancelled too last minute.”
