Canada’s first Automobility Hub to be launched

Invest WindsorEssex (IWE) has recently announced the launch of Canada’s first Automobility Hub in order to promote automotive innovation and collaboration.

Indeed, the Canadian Automobility Hub will be offering resources and services to support entrepreneurs and businesses in the market. It will also help them advance in electric, zero-emission, connected, and automated vehicle technology and infrastructure.

Moreover, the hub will have all the machinery and resources necessary to manufacture mobility prototypes. By having all of these, it wants to create an opportunity for cost-efficient prototyping and testing of pre-series for electric vehicles.

Hence, the hub will be based at St. Clair College in the Windsor Campus and partners with Windsor Essex, the City of Windsor, and the County of Essex, Automobility Enterprises (AE), and Automobility Research.
